With day-of coordination included, we ensure the wedding day runs smoothly, making sure everything is organized and stress-free leading up to your big day.
DAY OF CORDINATION
This service is all about making sure your wedding day unfolds exactly as you’ve dreamed, without the stress. On the big day, we take over all the behind-the-scenes details, from managing the timeline and coordinating with your vendors to ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time. We’ll be there to handle any unexpected situations, keep things running smoothly, and give you peace of mind so you can focus on enjoying every moment. This package includes 2 meetings prior to your big day and coordination on your big day.

My name is Gabrielle! Lily & Fern Events Co is my new company that I am launching. A little bit about myself.. I got engaged in 2022 and married in 2023. I planned my own backyard wedding and I fell in love with the planning process.. Crazy right? Everything from the logistics, to creating music playlists to vendor management or what napkins I was gonna use. The day of my wedding I planned everything to a T! Thinking everything would fall into place but no I needed someone to make sure everything was running smoothly. That's where my mom came in, she was my day of coordinator without us even talking about it. She did an amazing job making sure everything was running smoothly but she missed most of my day. That's when I decided to get some event management education and experience and launch my own event company. That's where I come in! I don't want any bride to ever have to depend on their moms or family members to coordinate their wedding, when they should be enjoying it!
